Neuroshima Hex: Purifiers

Fire is the ultimate cleansing tool: everything that has come into contact with sickness must burn. These pyromaniacs and extremists purify the cities by burning away disease and eradicating corruption. They travel from city to city, laying waste to the streets with their ruthless flames. If there is any sign of contamination, they will not hesitate to set cars ablaze—or even buildings full of people—because in their eyes the sick are already dead, and they are doing humanity a favour by stopping the spread. The Purifiers are devoted to their goal, and if anyone or anything gets in the way, it will burn too.

Neuroshima Hex: Purifiers is a new faction expansion to the best-selling Portal Games evergreen title Neuroshima Hex. The strength of this army is its ability to blanket the board in fire, making it hard for the enemy to manoeuvre without burning to a crisp. The Purifiers have many ways to add Fire to the board—Flamethrower attacks and abilities that leave Fire wherever a unit, friendly or enemy, perishes. Most units have high Initiative and a Fire Shield, letting them move through the flames unharmed.
