Inspired by the famous Japanese short story The Spider’s Thread (Kumo no Ito) by Ryūnosuke Akutagawa.
Buddha gives a sinner in Hell a chance to escape with a spider’s thread, in return for a small act of kindness: he once spared a spider. But when other sinners climb up behind him, greed takes over. He tries to keep the thread for himself, and it breaks, sending him back to Hell.
OSHAKA Trick is a trick-taking game where every choice matters. Score your cards or take a small penalty to avoid a bigger one later. Winning a trick is not always a good thing!
If you are too greedy, it might be ruined...
